What is a Submersible Pump?

The submersible pump is a kind of water pump designed to work completely in water and structurally designed to prevent water leakage into the motor body. They are also known as sewage, drainage, septic pumps. The submersible pump is used when groundwater needs to be removed or for the discharge of waste water, accumulation water. Although it is in contact with water, it is one of the robust and long-lasting pump types. It is suitable for well water use in buildings, car wash stations. Electromagnetic Submersible Pumps

This type of pumps do not flood with a rotating motor as in other pumps . These pumps, also known as vibrating submersible pumps, evacuate water by pushing it with its fully magnetized feature. Due to its structure, it works by pushing the water to the outlet of the pump by compressing the water with the magnetizing action of a rubber-coated plate fixed on a moving magnet material, opposite a fixed transformer, in the sinusoidal frequency fluctuation of the alternating voltage. Before the pump is installed in the well, it should be ensured that both the well and the pump are suitable for their intended use. It should be checked that the flow rate of the well is sufficient to meet the needs of the user, and it should be seen that the flow and head of the pump to be installed are suitable for the purpose.

Sand cleaning of the well must be done, sand, sediment, etc. in the fluid. It should be ensured that the amount of particles does not exceed the operating limits of the pump. The pump manufactured in Turkey,  should never be lowered to the bottom of the well, the bottom of the engine should be mounted at least 2 m above the bottom of the well.
