Booster Water Pumps are electrically operated water pumps produced by turkish water booster set manufacturers for the purpose of increasing the water pressure system. With the help of high pressure, the boosters deliver the water they absorb from a certain water tank to distant points. due to the expansion tanks connected to the boosters, they already hold pressurized water.

In short, we can say that it is a water pressurization system used wherever the water pressure is insufficient. Booster is the name given to the pumps that are automatically activated when the water booster is insufficient. It pressurizes the water in the water tank with air and pumps it to the far point, in short, this is the working principle. The selection of the booster pump should be completely tailored to the needs; It should be able to give the pressure to the water to go to the desired place. Electric Control Panel; It is a panel that provides electrical protection for the pump, which contains elements such as contactor, thermal, phase protection relay, to provide longer service life.

Along with the developing technology, pump automation has also advanced a lot. We can easily control the situations that are not possible to control in mechanical pumps in electronic panels. For example, we can set the maximum number of starts of a pump per hour, we can prevent the pump from working without water using the current drawn by the pump without using any level floater, we can make the pressure digitally plus or minus, and many more similar features are offered to the users in the booster sets with digital panels. Software boards can be very feature-rich compared to other boards. With the software, equal aging, that is, rotation, can be made between the pumps, the operating times of the pumps can be recorded, and retrospective analyzes can be made by recording the errors that the pumps have made.

Regarding the booster set installation , Water Level Floater ; This part, also known as the float, controls the water condition in the tank where the pump sucks and prevents the pump from running without water.

If we explain the working principle of the booster; pressure switch sends the necessary signal to the control panel for the pump to operate for the desired pressure in the installation. If the necessary conditions for the operation of the pump are met, the control panel starts the pump by starting it. When there is no use left in the building, when the pressure switch in the installation reaches the desired upper pressure level, the signal to the control panel to stop the booster is cut off and the pump goes into standby mode. When the water usage starts in the building, the booster pump is activated again when the pressure value in the installation reaches the lower value of the pressure switch.
