In 45 m² area, with 4 people, in Ümraniye Auto Industry Zone, established by Hasan KURT. Step into the business with repair, assembly and installation of water pumps.
As a beginning, started to manufacture 4 kinds of water pumps, with the participation of Ahmet ERTÜRK to the company as a partner.
Moved to 120 m² area in Ihlamurkuyu and increased the product types mainly producing electromagnetic submersible pumps.
With the begining of business in 480 m² area in Ihlamurkuyu, has been implemented policy of service to all Anatolia.
By starting to produce rotary motor pumps, increased the product range to 24 kinds.
Within the investment of large scale manufacturing, started to produce electric motors inside the factory and covered sales policy the whole Turkey.
By moving to 2700 m² area in Dudullu increased manufacturing investments and started to produce 45 kinds of pumps including free fan pumps and drainage pumps with 24 employees.
The first fair participation to Sodex Fair İstanbul, which has both national and international exhibitors and visitors, and continued to exhibit in subsequent years.
Dealership and technical service network coordinated all around Turkey has become systematic.
With TSE-ISO-EN 9000 certificate, quality management system is adopted and all products are certified with CE-TSE-TSEK.
With the investment of R&D and quality control test equipments, laboratory has been modernized and become compatible to international standards.
By enlarging the product range with vertical axle hydrophores and fire systems appropriate to NFPA20 standards, larger types of domestic requirements are covered.
First step in export to Dubai.
By enlarging the total manufacturing area to ??6000 m², 4'' deep well submersible pumps and larger types of septic pumps are added to product range. First participation to international exhibition with Syria fair and continued to participate 5-6 international exhibitons a year.
By including the manufacturing of electric control panels to production zone, the products with control panels became completely original and manufacturing capacity is increased.
Attendance of sectoral most prestigous fair has started. International China Canton Fair, Dubai BIG5 Fair, Italy MCE Fair, Germany ISH Fair, Locally Sodex and Müsiad Fair attendance has taken regularly.
Agreement has signed with Cameroon State of Hydraulic Works. All governmental building pumps has renewed with SUMAK brand.
New factory construction has started which has 12.500 m² area in Dilovası İmes Industrial Area.

The move to our factory, which started at the end of 2019 was established in Dilovası IMES OIZ, has been completed. We will continue to move forward in line with our goals in our modern facility with automation system on an area of ??21.500 m² in the Organized Industrial Zone.
With our move to our new factory in Dilovası İMES OSB in 2020, our company; It has successfully completed its investments in automation systems and the transition of its machinery to the robot system by following the technology to protect its international competition. At the same time, it continues to progress in line with its targets by combining mechanics with electronics with the production of Magnetic Rotor Frequency Controlled Circulation Pumps.

The structural construction phase of our new factory, built on a 10,000 m² plot in Kaynarca / Sakarya DOMİ Organized Industrial Zone, has reached 85% completion. With a total enclosed area of 19,260 m², this facility will significantly increase our production capacity.
As part of our product development efforts, we closely follow the latest technologies and have launched our SMH BOX 120 frequency-controlled smart booster set to the market. Our new product offers high energy efficiency and stands out in the industry with its high performance and intelligent control system. In addition, we introduced the SDF500 GF model in the submersible pump category. Our drainage submersible pump, capable of self-priming from zero suction, delivers superior performance under demanding conditions thanks to its innovative technology.
We continuously improve our production processes as well. By enhancing automation systems in our machining and production lines, we have achieved more efficient and precise manufacturing. Furthermore, we have increased our training programs by inviting our authorized service partners to our production facility, aiming to maximize their technical knowledge and expertise.
Among our future goals are completing the construction of our new factory and transitioning to full-capacity production, as well as increasing our R&D investments to deliver pioneering solutions in the industry. While continuing to grow in both domestic and international markets, we also plan to introduce innovations in digitalization and after-sales services to further enhance customer satisfaction. Through these steps, we aim to strengthen and advance our solid position in the industry.
As of 2025, the reinforced concrete structural works of our second factory, which is under construction on a 10,000 m² plot located in Kaynarca / Sakarya DOMİ Organized Industrial Zone, have been completed. The factory, which will have a total enclosed area of 19,260 m², is currently undergoing roof and façade cladding works at full pace. Our goal is to commission the facility in the second half of 2026.
In order to achieve a stronger position in the increasingly competitive global market, we continue our efforts without interruption to expand the product range and increase the market awareness of our TROY brand, which is positioned in the accessible segment. In addition, we have expanded our product portfolio by offering auxiliary products—whose distribution we manage in pump and booster systems—to the market under our PREDO brand.
By advancing our electric motor production capabilities, we have started manufacturing 160-frame motors. Our 160-frame motors are produced up to 25 HP in the IE3 efficiency class. At the same time, our engineering and R&D projects aimed at upgrading our other motor types to IE3 efficiency standards are continuing with determination.
Furthermore, the SHT44 and SHT60 series, which we have added to our product range, have elevated the technical capacity of our vertical multistage pump solutions to a higher level. These series are designed for industrial applications and booster systems requiring wide flow rate (m³/h) ranges and high head performance.
In line with our international certification objectives, our studies carried out in accordance with UL and FM standards have reached their final stage, and we are planning to incorporate these certifications into our organization in the first quarter of 2026.
