Silent Stage Jet Pumps
Silent Stage Jet Pumps produced by turkish silent stage jet pump manufacturers with Cast Body are centrifugal pumps with one or more propellers and a diffuser, by adding an additional jet ejector. The most important feature of the Cast Jet pump is that some of the pressurized water in the outlet line is given to the suction line and suction from deeper wells due to the injector. Silent Working Water pumps are pumps that are generally mounted on the ground and allow the water to be evacuated through a suction pipe.
Jet pumps manufactured by turkish silent jet pump producers are widely used in areas where groundwater is abundant. It basically consists of two main types. The most important parameter in this type of centrifugal pump is the depth of the water level. Stage Jet Water Pumps are silent pumps with cast body, having more than one impeller and diffuser due to their structure.
Silent Stage Jet Pumps produced by turkish silent jet pump suppliers with Cast Body, also known as silent water pumps, are the pumps that we started to manufacture. Due to its silent operation, the pump can be used as a silent water booster system in sensitive environments, as a silent water booster in sensitive areas, as a vineyard or garden irrigation pump, in constructions, gas stations, in clean water supply, as silent pumps in villas and cottages. It is suitable for silent water booster purposes in buildings up to 5 floors and 12 flats.
Centrifugal Silent Stage Jet Pump manufactured by turkish silent jet pump producers with cast body can suction from a depth of 6 meters. Sumak jet pumps, also known as jet water dynamo in the colloquial language, are preferred products because of their easy installation.
The Silent Pump is manufactured by turkish suppliers in Turkey with a power of 1 – 1.5 HP and is suitable for use in many different areas with TSE certificate.
Silent water pumps are designed and produced in accordance with TS EN ISO 9908 standard. In the electric motor windings, F insulation class cables are used in accordance with TS 60085:2011. User and motor safety are prioritized by using a 2-pole asynchronous motor with IP 54 protection class in accordance with TS 3033 EN 60529.
Regarding the installation of silent jet pumpu it sould be known As for the Stage Jet Water Pump, these pumps consist of a vane impeller in a body, and the liquid enters the pump through a suction pipe. The path of the liquid in the Cast Jet pump is as follows. Due to the vacuum created on the suction side of the impeller, the liquid enters between the blades of the impeller.
Between the impeller blades and the channels bounded by the front and rear profiles of the impeller, the liquid is pushed towards the exit side of the impeller by the centrifugal force that occurs during the rotational movement. The movement created in this way ensures the continuous flow of liquid and suction from the suction side of the pump. The kinetic energy contained in the liquid leaving the impeller blades with a great tangential velocity is converted into a pressure force in the volute cavity between the fixed diffuser blades. The highest pressure is achieved with a given rotational speed. This kind of pump can be said to be a hydrodynamic pump.
